Starting October 18, 2016, Iberia will operate three direct flights a week between Madrid and Tokyo (Narita), the first time in nearly 20 years that Iberia is able to offer direct flights on this route. All flights will be operated as codeshare with Japan Airlines. In addition to round-trip flights between Spain and Japan, this will extend our network to even more destinations across Europe via Madrid.

From May 1, 2016, British Airways is servicing codeshare flights flying Frankfurt - Narita.
Customers can use the oneworld network and transfer via Frankfurt to easily reach many destinations in Europe.
