Reservations which are not purchased at the conclusion of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
A valid e-mail address and valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, JCB.
The credit card holder must be a traveler in the itinerary being purchased.
The credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through JAL webesite must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through JAL webesite.
All charges will be in local currency on the country of departure.
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
We accept a reservation on JAL Group flights only.
This service is available up to 7 days before departure.
